Scheme Description
RTC high-speed spray printing system is evolved from the original RTC mobile X-and Y-axis spray printing system. It is developed for the pursuit of higher speed spray printing requirements. The system uses linear modules with several motors to realize automatic Y-axis distribution, and intelligently allocates nozzles to realize fixed spray codes according to tool die position information and upper computer control system. It is 2~3 times higher than the mobile printing capacity, and is the most efficient printing solution in the industry.
