Precautions for equipment installation:
1, equipment working voltage AC220V 50HZ to ensure that the working voltage is stable and normal, should be equipped with UPS uninterruptible power supply.
2, the equipment should be a good grounding device, the ground wire is directly connected to the earth.
3. After completing the above two items, the machine can be opened.
4. Synchronizer and sensor connectors can only be plugged in the shutdown state.
5, the printing head is a precision equipment, should be handled with care, pay special attention to transport and replace the production line to protect the nozzle.
6, stepper motor screw, charging electrode bracket moving parts should be regularly refueling (10-15 days/time)
7. After shutdown, the power supply should be kept normally on. (Because the inkjet printer has automatic calling function)

Maintenance content:
Replace a set of filters, clean the whole ink system, and replace the new ink!
